Catering Coordinators/Drivers - The Corner Bakery Café (2 Coulter Avenue) is looking for energetic Catering Coordinators and drivers to assist our management teams in our expanding Catering Department. We deliver in company owned vehicles.
The major job responsibilities for the coordinator will be: initial ordering and interfacing with perspective customers, including up-selling, and other customer service strategies to include planning of events. Other responsibilities may include: coordination with departments or preparation of orders, delivery or pickup with follow up, basic computer work, database maintenance and sales tracking. A valid driver’s license is required.
Catering drivers must have good customer service skills and the ability to multitask and perform other duties in addition to driving. Also needed are good knowledge of the metropolitan Philadelphia area and a valid driver’s license.
Benefits include medical and dental insurance, vacation pay, and meal discounts. Successful candidates for this position will have experience working in a fast paced deadline driven food service environment.
Although our catering business is primarily a weekday operation, availability for rotating weekend shifts is required.
