For more than four generations, Suburban Square has been the shopping, dining and social heart of the Main Line. Suburban Square has continually changed with the times, and the evolution continues. Phase I will begin in September 2016 and entails the expansion of Trader Joe’s and the construction of a parking garage on the East Lot which, when complete in Summer 2017, will feature more than 600 parking spaces and a new retailer on the ground level.

Phase 2 will introduce Station Row—an all-new block of boutique retail stores and restaurants located on Coulter Avenue. Imagine Coulter Avenue as a street-level shopping experience that serves as the Main Street of the Main Line, with brand-new office space on the second level. Station Square will also serve as a public plaza, complete with restaurants, outdoor seating and pedestrian access that extends from the foot of the stairs to the outbound platform of the Ardmore Train Station. The construction of Station Row will commence after the parking garage is complete and open to the public.  

To ensure your visit to Suburban Square is as enjoyable and convenient as possible, the center will be offering FREE valet parking in the West Lot (across from Ruby's Diner and Banana Republic) and at St. James circle (across from Apple) during the construction period.
